1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] or call +40 722 624 253.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unused
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

Exceptions: We cannot accept returns of worn or damaged items, items without original packaging, or items returned after 14 days.

3. Return Process

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
Change of mind / wrong size: Buyer pays return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer — please provide your IBAN when requesting a refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchange shipping costs follow the same policy as returns.
